Remittance Address

Payments shall be made payable to Canon U.S.A., Inc. only and no other name shall appear for payment. All payments are to be mailed to:

If the payment does not agree with the exact amount of the invoice a notation or explanation of the difference should be made. If a copy of the invoice cannot accompany the payment, the remittance information should contain the invoice number, date, amount and an explanation if the payment is not exactly as shown on the invoice.

Installation

Canon's dealer IKON will perform complete installation and verify operation of all equipment. Installation will be completed within sixteen (16) hours after delivery. Purchase and rental prices include normal installation charges. Any additional handling (special rigging) which may be required for installation will be at the agency's expense. IKON shall provide quotes specifying rigging charges.

Warranty

All equipment under this contract is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of installation.

Maintenance

a. Full Service Maintenance is available for the expected useful life of the equipment.
b. Maintenance pricing for purchase/lease machines is priced as a separate item.
c. Maintenance under this contract also includes the cost of labor for replacement of drum, photoconductor, masters and like transfer materials (e.g. organic photoconductors, print/drum/copy cartridges, etc.), as appropriate and applicable, and all necessary repairs and adjustments to the equipment including replacement of all parts (including cleaning of blades, rollers, etc.) without additional charge to keep the equipment in good working condition in accordance with manufacturer's standards and specifications. Maintenance service shall also include but not limited to lubrication and cleaning as necessary, all supplies/consumables with the exception of paper and color copier toner.
d. Fax Machines: Maintenance is available for facsimile equipment. It is not supplies-inclusive.
